DzÀgÉ ²æÃAiÀÄÄvÀgÀÄ CªÀÅUÀ¼À£ÀÄß wêÀæªÁV ¥ÀjUÀt¹gÀ°®èªÉAzÀÄ vÉÆÃgÀÄvÀÛzÉ. Areas in which the officials are misleading the Director/Commissioner, Pre-University Education JA§ ºÀuɧgÀºÀzÀrAiÀÄ°è F PɼÀV£À «ZÁgÀUÀ¼À£ÀÄß ¥Àæ¸ÁÛ¦¸À¯ÁVvÀÄÛ.

1) Court Matters: Already two arrest warrants have been issued against the Commissioner with in a period of two years and maximum numbers of court cases are from Tumkur District. The officers do not attend the cases in time and they not even inform the Director about the Court Case/s. As a result the Director will be in hardship.

2) Violation of Court orders, Laws and GOs: The officials of the PUB, are habitual violators of Court orders. They have filled up the vacancies in spite of stay order of the Court/s. Unfortunately, the Director had/has to face the Contempt of Court proceedings. Most of the times the Governments orders were interpreted in order to help the law-breaking managements.

3) Approval of the Employees of Private Aided Colleges: The one of the very big scams in PUB is approval of the employees of Private Aided PU Colleges. Most of the officials have colluded with the management of the college and approved the unqualified candidates. The result-the court proceedings !

4) Mismanagement of Records: The officials are not maintaining the records properly. To dispose off an application the officials take minimum of 6 months to 1year time. In addition to that some of the officials write note sheets after 10-15 years !!!

5) Violation of Grant in Aid Code and ABC Classification Rules: The Grant in Aid code and the ABC Classification Rule has been totally violated by the officials and the Management. The level of corruption is so high in the department.

6) Change of Management-No Action: Most of the management societies, in order to escape from the clutches of law, transferred the institutions to the Trusts ! the PUB officials have recognized those institutions without GOs.
